BonaFide Advanced Terrier Tactics You've laid a good foundation for a lifelong positive relationship with your terrier-- now build on that foundation to improve your dog's behavior even more! This terriers-only class will take your training to the next level, working with the distractions and dilemmas terrier owners deal with on a daily basis. In Advanced Terrier Tactics, we will continue to work on developing solid foundation behaviors by focusing on the three D's-- Distance, Duration and Distraction-- in a very terrier-centric way! Polish on-leash walking skills, take self-control to the next level, improve basic behaviors and add versatility to your terrier's good-manner repertoire! Class length: 4 weeks Class size limit: 6 Class duration: 45 minutes Prerequisites A terrier or terrier mix (dachshunds, this includes you!) Completion of a breed-specific class or other basic teen/adult cornerstones class (or by instructor permission). Dog must be at least 8 months old A positive attitude A sense of humor Current vaccination records (including rabies for all dogs 28 weeks and older, parvo, canine distemper, canine hapatitis, and parainfluenza) Handler must be an adult (18 yrs or older) unless prior permission is given by the instructor or the class is designated as a kid's class.
