BonaFide Good Grooming Manners Did you know you can strengthen your relationship with your dog simply by training your dog to allow you to perform basic grooming tasks yourself? In this class we will show you how to build your dog's trust in you through proper grooming and handling techniques. We will cover proper husbandry techniques for toenails, teeth, bathing and brushing as well as how to help alleviate your dog's stress at the vet's office or groomer's salon. Class length: 4 weeks Class size limit: 6 Class duration: 45 minutes Prerequisites A dog at least 12 weeks old A positive attitude A sense of humor Current vaccination records (including rabies for all dogs 28 weeks and older, parvo, canine distemper, canine hapatitis, and parainfluenza) Handler must be an adult (18 yrs or older) unless prior permission is given by the instructor or the class is designated as a kid's class.
