Registrations for services are guaranteed only upon receipt of payment. Class space is filled on a first-paid, first-served basis. Registrations that aren't paid in full will be dropped at the first class meeting, or when the class has filled with paid registrations, whichever happens first. To guarantee class participation, it is highly recommended that registrations are paid in full at the time they are made.

BonaFide Dog Academy LLC respects and protects the privacy of all of our customers and students. The information you provide to BonaFide to make purchases or sign up for training classes is not provided to any third party for any reason. BonaFide does occasionally contact our customers and students directly via email to provide information about upcoming classes and products that may be of interest. If you do not wish to receive any future information from BonaFide, you may contact us directly at info@bonafidedogacademy.com or you may use the opt out feature contained in the email.

Training class registration fees will be refunded in full if a cancellation request is made at least seven (7) days prior to the start of the class session. Fees for cancellation requests made less than seven days prior to the start of a class may be applied to another class taken within six (6) months of the original class session. Cancellations made after the class session begins are non-refundable. Individual classes within a session missed by the student are not refundable and non-transferable.

BonaFide Dog Academy LLC is using an SSLA Secured 128-bit method for the transmission of payment information to insure the integrity and security of any information collected through its website.
