This 6-week class helps prepare dog-and-handler teams for therapy dog evaluation skills, including the more rigorous Pet Partners-style test items. Teams will practice calm greetings, polite handling, real-world distractions, loose-leash walking, visit etiquette, and safe interactions in both classroom settings and field trips.
